JD:
As a Pharmacy Business Manager you will utilise effective account management to deliver both optimisation and expansion of existing commercial deals and new business through negotiation. This includes:
- Development and leadership of customer account plans that result in the creation of new business or the optimisation of current business in response to generic and parallel trade competition
- Drive successful sales uptake by identifying key stakeholders within each account and understanding the environmental challenges that our customers and Client face.
- Build insights of key accounts to identify their needs and create appropriate commercial proposals
- Identify key stakeholders within each account and internal matrix working
- High level of business acumen to analyse various data sources which supports the execution of national strategy
- Understand the customers decision making processes and their IT systems to ensure optimal outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to uncover commercial opportunities or threats to business
