Associate Product Marketing Manager

We are expanding our Marketing team with a Product Marketer who will elevate our messaging to the next level. At Airbank, we have built a craft around telling a fresh story how a modern finance management platform can give CEOs and CFOs the power of full finance teams.

As Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will become the megaphone of our product and our value propositions, and use our channels to spread this message to achieve 3 goals: Getting more new customers, and increasing how often and how much people buy from us.

You are an ideal candidate if you are passionate about B2B Fintech, tech-savvy, customer-centric and love building experiences for buyers and users. You don't just feel joy in crafting the most compelling copy and stories - being a product marketer means that you are our own power user.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Own our Product Led Growth messaging funnel. Great products have great stories. You shape the story from product development all the way through to go-to-market campaigns, and engagement of target our audience.
• Run our product announcements. For that, you will create assets and new processes so that our website, newsletters, creatives, and social channels are always up to date. In this activity you will coordinate closely with our design and product teams.
• Keep our audience engaged with relevant updates. You keep consistency by writing and editing content for our direct and social channels, blogs, website and other creative content formats we might want to explore.
• Convert audiences with great stories! You keep an eye on bounce rates, time on page, web traffic volume and flow, CTA engagement, and visit to sign up conversions, and constantly improve and fine-tune.
• Craft copy that compels. You will create long-form educational resources that cement our category leadership, and blow us away short. punchy. meaningful. content for ads and social.

YOUR PROFILE

• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good understanding of our product and you bring a portfolio of copy and stories that you have developed previously. You are comfortable with operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience: Proven experience in writing compelling stories in Marketing, Agencies, or Literature. You understand the product management lifecycle and bring skills in product marketing search engine optimisation, copywriting, go-to-market strategies, or campaign management.
• Ambition: You are highly committed, responsive, and target driven. We re a fast-growing company with a 10x mentality, and we want you to grow with us.
• Personality: You are outcome-focused, have a cheerful attitude, and a high level of energy. You strive to approach things in a positive and optimistic way.
