AD- PKI Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and provide documentation and training to IT extended teams
• Operationalize manual admin activities
• Partner with business and other IT Teams as needed.
• Perform system administration in AD and PKI in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines.
• Respond to and, where appropriate, resolve or escalate reported security incidents.
• Respond to incidents and requests including escalated issues by executing through to completion or escalating when appropriate.
• Stay up to date on the latest security trends.
• Support AD & PKI environments by monitoring and managing the health of all AD and PKI related infrastructure and services.
• Track work in the ITSM solution, Jira, and Innotas.

Job Description:

• General IT knowledge
• Experience in network and system management
• Capable of troubleshooting system and network issues
• A minimum of 4+ years of PKI and AD integrated Certificate Authorities
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Expert knowledge with Microsoft Server products
• Cisco ISE knowledge is a plus
• CyberArk or other PAM knowledge is a plus
• Splunk knowledge is a plus
