Job Description
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
This engineer is responsible for the development and maintenance of Energy Supplys compliance program for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Florida Reliability Coordinating Council.
COMPLETE DESCRIPTION:
Design implement and maintain network infrastructure including Cisco routers switches and wireless access points across Power Plants Solar Fields and Control Centers.
Replace routers and switches at client sites
Install and configure server and networkrelated hardware/ software.
Planning Operation Maintenance and support of the TECO network infrastructure including router/switches LAN/WAN and sitetosite VPNs
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless installation and configuration of server and storage infrastructure.
Provide Networking information to the security team for projects utilizing SolarWinds
Monitor troubleshoot diagnose and resolve server network DDoS protection and NetScaler load balancer issues.
