Job Title : Internal Communications Manager-11271
Location : Arizona, AZ 85001 United States
Duration : 5 Months
100% Remote role, preferred locations in the instance they may need to go to the office on occasion: Tempe, AZ (1st preference); San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin, TX.
Superior writing and editing skills - recognized for creativity and "near perfection" writing and editing skills and often asked to edit the work of others
Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Strong visual and storytelling skills
Superior organization and program management skills
Able to influence decision-makers to support communication using the correct tone, style, channels and messaging
Asks questions, wants to learn and looks for ways to improve/innovate
Self-starter who can get stuff done - multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work well in a team and as an individual contributor
Adept with use of the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint, a plus
We are looking for an experienced contractor to work with our Client Internal Communications team for support of our Risk and Compliance communications.

Responsibilities
Create and edit a wide range of writing assignments across multiple companywide channels (Intranet, email, digital signage, broadcasts)
Work closely with business partners to understand their communication needs, provide needed expertise and deliver timely content
Support key internal events
Work cross functionally across teams, businesses and functions to ensure alignment
Engages stakeholders and builds strong relationships
