الوصف الوظيفي

Job Description:

  • Manage Office365 environment at L2, L3, and L4 levels and must know exchange servers and their roles
  • Must have Migration EXO experience
  • Must have working experience with retention and deletion policies
  • Must have working experience in tagging
  • Must have worked on Archival policies EXO online
  • Working Experience in the mail flow in detail for Exchange/O365 hybrid environment
  • Troubleshoot OS, Network, and storage-related issues
  • Working Experience with different types of connectors available in exchange/Office 365
  • Working Experience of O365 mail filtering/hygiene solution, Microsoft Exchange Edge server, and Active Directory
  • Must know different licenses in Office 365 and different types of admin groups.
  • Must know the kind of available recipients in O365. Good understanding of SSO with O365, including ADFS
  • Sound knowledge of Email clients like Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, and OWA
  • Experience in DLP policies, Transport Rules, and online Archive and provide solutions or recommendations on improvements
  • Good knowledge of Mail Archiving solution, troubleshooting, and configuration of Anti-spam, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, Addressing client connectivity, Addressing service availability issues within the organizational span of control
  • Manage services using the supplier, and the client implemented ITIL processes and practices
  1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  2. To provide support for on-call escalations and doing incident & problem management
  3. To independently resolve tickets & ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
  4. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
  5. Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives
  6. To participate or contribute to the business in the creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans
  7. Knowledge of Lotus Note/Domino is plus
  8. Knowledge/Experience of MS Teams, SharePoint, and eDiscovery as an Admin is Plus

Minimal job requirement

  • Overall experience 8-10 years 4 to 5 years managing a large-scale O365 hybrid environment
  • A Master's degree and Microsoft Certification are a plus
  • Previous Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience is required
  • Familiarity with some of the following areas: Azure, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Edge server's administration, TCP/IP (OS, firewalls configuration)
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information
  • Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
