Order Management Specialist

Tasks

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the E2E experience for the assigned portfolio of clients/partners/sellers:

• Provide advice and guidance to the customer throughout the order processing cycle (by phone/email) and ensure that he is aware of their acceptance policy
• Monitor orders that require customer consent for billing
• To regularly participate in meetings with customers partners/sellers and lead the discussion in the operational field

Requirements

• University degree 2-5 years of experience (supply chain background is a plus)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to accurately manage a large amount of work according to priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations with stakeholders
