Role Title: Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog Administrator

Role Purpose

• STL Digital is hiring an experienced Informatica EDC Administrator who is hands-on with various administration activities and implementation experience on EDC scanners and Advanced scanners.

• Customer Enterprise Architect and Infrastructure Teams

What the role entails (Key Responsibilities)

• Hands-on experience in implementing the Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) Advanced Scanners, and extracted the most granular metadata, and tracking data dependencies across data sources.
• Expertise in the following areas:

• Catalog end-to-end data environment within Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC)
• Performed the data scanning using EDC scanners for an active customer project
• Conducted the log analysis to resolve issues encountered during scanning (specifically for PL/SQL and Data stage)
• Optimize EDC configuration (for example, resource configuration and advanced scanner configuration)
• Implemented the best practices security model for EDC

• Assist the team with the infrastructure set-up and management, and migrate EDC to QA and Production environments

What we are looking for in you

• Expertise in the following skills: PL/SQL, DataStage, Oracle, and Snowflake
• Experience with complex data environment
• Good communication skills

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's or relevant computer science background
