• Experience in dSpace HIL Bench Development / Commissioning
• Knowledge of dSpace ControlDesk, AutomationDesk
• Familiarity with calibration Tools like ATI Vision, Diagnostic Tools
• Knowledge of hardware systems, ECUs, HIL systems
• Experience in development of functional test procedures
• Knowledge of UDS and Diagnostic protocols
• Knowledge of CAN / LIN
• Ability to collaborate with the various internal stakeholders like ECU design engineers, Hardware and Software teams, and HIL team for HIL setup development, upgrade and maintenance
• Defect reporting and tracking during system and acceptance testing till closure
• Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
• Basic usage of CANalyser / CANoe
• Have knowledge of Plant model / Simulation development and usage
• Knowledge of Matlab based Model Development
• Working Working knowledge of Python

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is development of dSpace HIL Test benches for validation of multiple ECUs. This position will be the lead of the HIL development team.

• Lead the Lab Vehicle development for assigned program.
• Co-ordinate with all Test experts to analyze the dSpace simulator requirements.
• Work with Automation and Hardware teams to develop Interface solutions.
• Lead efforts to identify instrumented parts and test points and methods to automated solutions.
• Must lead Lab Vehicle commissioning process.
• Must lead Allocation map review process
• Perform interaction across multiple suppliers /Software provider for query/issue resolution
• Maintain HIL system operation with updates to interface models, system hardware, user interfaces, and test automation as required

Education
