Looking for a Costumer Service - Fluent or Native in French with a B2/C2 in English, in the Lisbon area, or surrounds.
The selected person will perform the following functions:
- Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via different channels.
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
