Customer Service Rep

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to work at our facility in Birmingham, AL. Customer representatives are expected to provide a high quality service to customers by phone and email support.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering hones and providing support
• Providing email support
• Collecting information
• Supporting hundreds of nationwide sites through phone and email communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Preferred NOT required)
• Comfortability with computers
• Clear speaking voice and ability to articulate clearly

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr | Monday - Saturday | Day Shift | 40 hours per week
