JOB DESCRIPTION:
Over all smooth function of In patients area
Bed allotment, Bed Transfer, Update the bed Status and co relate to Front office and Ward Nurse
Handling Customer Grievances in IP
Update Estimated cost to the patient and the attendant
Listening to Patient / Patient Relatives concerns on daily basis.
Resolving Issues and Escalating Issues to concerned department and set closers.
Ensure to have better patient satisfaction
Taking the Feedback from Patients / patient relatives while discharges
Updating Patient Satisfactory index periodically
Ensuring to update records on Cash collection and submission to Billing Department.
Acting as a bridge between Doctors and Patients
Updating service Entries in HIMS
Any other responsibility assigned by management from time to time.
Liaisening with Nursing, DMO, and consultants and ensure proper care to the patient
Liaise with outside consultants requesting in house consultants for opinion/Treatment.
Liaise for outside investigation.
To ensure all the patient care activities are entered in HIMS for Billing.
To ensure proper facilities, Beds, Linen, Cleanliness.
To collect, Analyze, Archive, data and prepare MIS/reports.
