Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to be responsible for the safety, productivity, quality, and development of field and machinist maintenance crafts involved with the maintenance and machining activities for rotating equipment, marine loading arms, and other equipment.

Be on call 24/7/365

You must be willing to:
Identify/investigating chronic equipment failures/develop correction action plans
Plan/organize/execute/document turnaround/daily maintenance/emergency/project work
Ensure conformity with all safety policies/compliance programs
Supervise crafts personnel/provide strong leadership
Recommend staffing levels

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS in Mechanical Engineering
Will consider Journey-level millwright/machinist or advanced degree in a related field
10 years of experience in industrial maintenance/crafts/shops/plant rotating equipment in a refinery
Wear fire retardant clothing/personal protective equipment
Knowledge of SAP/Impact/KMS
Able to obtain a TWIC Card/Have valid Drivers License
