We support clients who are deaf and hard of hearing and often living with challenges and pain from additional injury, illness or other disabilities. We are established within that niche community as experts in our field.

We and #x27;re looking for an experienced OT passionate about assisting people in living more independent lives. Working in a team of 8 Occupational Therapists nationally, you are supported by an interpreter (fluent in Auslan) and a report writer. You and #x27;ll love assessing and diagnosing clients and #x27; health conditions and be a whiz at identifying individualised solutions and support strategies. You and #x27;ll enjoy monitoring client progress and applying interventions to assist your clients in their daily living. You and #x27;ll need to be comfortable providing ongoing care for many of your clients and will enjoy guiding and educating family members and other caregivers too.

Management trusts staff to get on with the job, and you and #x27;ll have heaps of flexibility when and how you work. We understand that life can be busy, and you can prioritise what you need with access to overtime or time in lieu. That means you and #x27;ll be flexible Y your hours according to what suits you.

You and #x27;ll join a lovely team where everyone leaves their egos at the door. We do daily huddles so you can connect with the team and regular weekly meetings. We will set you up with a laptop, additional screen, tablet, and company phone. We offer stacks of learning opportunities, an induction process, and the chance to learn Auslan.

You and #x27;ll get to work face-to-face with clients and from home from a dedicated space that suits you using Telehealth VRI (Video Remote Interpreting).
