Job TitleSenior Order Management Specialist with French
Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the customers trusted advisor and make a positive impact on peoples lives.


You are responsible for

Processing order activities in SAP & and other supporting applications
Handling all activities related to order intake, order processing, product and pricing information, warehouse communication
Maintaining all databases and reports on the regular basis and within agreed timeline
Handling of Customer Complaints
Performing of the manual corrections for all sales documents related to the inland/export shipments to the clients
Return process management execution of documents flow between customer and accounting department
Reporting, monitoring and the control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelors degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
Previous experience in Order Management or alike
Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have
Very good level of French and English - min. B2 level
Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior
