Position Summary

This role will be responsible for managing the negotiation, review, and execution of regional indirect procurement contracts supporting our Marketing, Technology, Retail, and Corporate Services teams in the EMEA region. This role will be focused on spend optimization, contract management and supplier relationship management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth spend analysis to identify key sourcing opportunities
Partner with the internal stakeholders to identify and develop a procurement strategy to support the business needs
Source competitive deals through RFx projects as required
Negotiate and facilitate the execution of key contractual agreement.
Standardize and digitalize the contract management process
Develop a supplier management program to include strategic supplier business reviews, address performance issues and facilitate dispute resolution

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Superior presentation skills
Proficient with contract redlining, RFx project management
Strong communicator
Experience with ERP, procure-to-pay, and e-sourcing technology solutions (preferably SAP, Ariba P2P, and Ariba SourcingPro)
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Fluent in English & Dutch
Education And / Or Experience

University degree in Business
Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, Management Consulting or Project Management
Dutch law experience preferred
