Roles & Responsibilities:-

Responsible for generating sales.

Goodunderstanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle ofReal Estatetransaction.

Designingandimplementing ofsales strategies fortargetedrevenue.

Contacting customers and understanding their requirements i.e.,budget,facilities thattheywould require

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Making 250-300 connected calls on daily basis

Collaborate with team to achieve better results

To gauge what a prospect customer really wants and act accordingly

Maintaining excellentrelationships withclient.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Fastlearner and passion forsales

Must have Real Estate experience

Willingtoworkinrotationaloffsandshould be comfortablewithapureoutbound callingprocess
