Our Account Executives are driven to achieve more, move fast and win! The Account Executive team is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects. This is an opportunity to help build companies bringing them the talent solutions they need to win, all while building and managing your book of business, directly influencing your earnings.
Responsibilities
- New business development through leads, cold calling and existing relationships
- Must have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to detail; and organizational skills while working in a fast paced environment
- Client development with prospective Clients through office visits and presentation
- Work closely with internal recruiters to fill requirements
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Must be a hunter and maintain a must-win attitude
- 2+ years of Sales experience selling light industrial staffing solutions
- BA/BS/MBA preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
