People Operations Generalist II

As an Eightfold People Operations Specialist, you will ensure an employee experience that is positive and seamless for our Eightfold AI team. You will be responsible to manage end to end projects and work cross-functionally with other teams. We seek someone who is passionate about continually improving processes, systems, and tools that allow Eightfold to scale rapidly and better serve the Eightfold AI India team.
Location - Bangalore
Responsibilities:

Capability to manage employee data, employee records including documentation, and internal HRIS systems
Perform all employee on/off-boarding tasks including background verification
Regularly connect with employees to keep a pulse check
Contribute towards global people projects and support the People Ops and Business Partnering Team
Responsible for maintaining vendor contracts
Capable of playing a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR processes and data
Drive and conduct engagement events including fun and CSR events
Manage visa requirements and travel arrangements
Responsible for visitor and guest hospitality
Support office supplies, administration, inventory management, and other food & snacks related arrangements
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health, safety & covid standards
Contribute towards creating an employer brand
Build a deep understanding of end-to-end processes
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and compliances; highlight gaps if any

Basic Qualification:
Bachelors' degree3-6 years of relevant experienceHRIS & ATS ExperienceExcellent problem-solving capabilitiesProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in an extremely fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skillsExtremely detail-orientedExperience using MS Office suite a must (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation in a professional mannerBackground in human resourcesWe are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
