Main Responsibilities: - Establish and develop new customers for the company (EU market) - Development of B2B business relationships - Maintain existing customer relationships - Drive the sales process, through delivering and maintaining key relationships - Manage and develop existing revenue streams - Assist the Head of Sales to devise a sales plan based on market developments - Execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met; - Monitor Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data to identify problem and opportunity; - Continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined market - Preparation of development and sales reports Desired background: - 3+ years of experience in sales and account management within the IT industry - Proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales targets as Sales Manager - Result oriented and have a hunger to win the sale - Experience in closing large deals - Team player - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Excellent time and territory management skills - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at the professional level - Knowledge of ZOHO CRM - Reporting skills and forecasting with Salesforce - Advanced English in speaking and writing Remote work flexibility Paid training and development
