CW Evaluation Tech (99W212)

The primary responsibility of this role is to is to support evaluation team by setting up equipment within an electrical lab and conducting vehicle level evaluations per defined test specifications and procedures.

The technician would train on 1st shift in November (8am ~ 4pm), then transition to 2nd shift (3pm ~ 10pm) December to August 2023****

Qualifications

• Automotive, Electronics, or Technology degree, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with Vehicle Electronics Evaluation Experience
• Experience with vehicle electronics test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF receivers, signal generators, network analyzers, etc.
• Interpreting electrical systems drawings, specifications, manuals and wire diagrams
• Skilled in the use of hand and shop tools to build test fixtures, disassemble and assemble vehicles
• Experience in updating vehicle and systems software and confirming functionality
• This position requires driving - a motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position

Added bonus if you have:

Experience in EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) field

Experience with dynamometer set-up, OBD (On Board Diagnostic) and CAN (Controller Area Network) tools
