Adams Manufacturing part of the Keter North America group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated EntryLevel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment ensuring optimal operation and functionality. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in maintenance providing handson experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- ist in the routine maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
- Perform troubleing and diagnostics to identify equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
- Support senior maintenance technicians in machinery installations and upgrades.
- Keep the maintenance area organized and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
Hours for this position are 7am 7pm (12hour shifts). Rotating schedule 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 2 days off; working 15 days total/month. Every other weekend off.
Pay starts at $22/hour
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; however any relevant coursework or certification in maintenance or repair is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and follow instructions carefully.
- Strong problemsolving ss and willingness to learn.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
