Your role

For one of the biggest names in Energy we are looking for a Inbound Sales Agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch with English. As a Inbound Sales Agent you are responsible for Handling inbound calls, outbound calls and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Native Dutch + English

• Experience with CRM systems & MS Office

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

• Good listener

• Contact center experience is an asset
