Your Responsibilities

The Organic Search Team consists of the disciplines Digital PR, SEO and Content. The core tasks of the team are the optimization of the user experience on our platforms as well as the constant maintenance of the content areas. In addition to the German market, we also look after our various international markets and work closely with our country heads. Our guiding principle is not to optimize for search engines, but for people and thus help them find the perfect investment!

• You write informative and well-researched, search engine optimised content on the topic of finance (e.g. savings and investment products, investment behaviour, retirement provision, economy & markets).
• You can think cross-medially and create and optimise content according to the needs of different channels and target groups as well as on the basis of existing guidelines.
• You edit and process texts and work closely with external agencies.
• You measure the effectiveness of the content using defined key figures and derive appropriate measures from the KPIs.
• You have a flair for exciting topics, observe and adapt trends and innovations relevant to the topic and industry, and develop campaigns in close cooperation with the marketing team and other business stakeholders.
• You actively contribute to editorial planning and the further development of our content strategy.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in journalism, media/communication sciences, economics or a comparable field of study or have completed a traineeship.
• You have at least two years of journalistic, editorial or marketing experience, ideally with an online medium or in the financial environment (FinTech experience or relevant internships are an advantage).
• You have experience with content production, taking SEO into account.
• You have a strong interest in financial topics or the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex topics.
• You are passionate about data-driven marketing.
• In addition, you are characterised by very good communication skills, initiative, result-oriented work, quick comprehension and a strong ability to work in a team.
• You speak German at a native level and have a very good command of English (other languages such as Dutch, Spanish or French are a plus).
• You ideally have experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Content Stack.
