Our Client, a fast-growing and innovative service provider with international exposure, is seeking to hire French speakers to assist clients daily via chat and email.
Tasks
- Respond to customers via live chat and emails
- Document and delegate bugs and other issues
- Troubleshoot new issues directly with their customers
- Interact with various departments (VIP, Marketing, and other) to improve customer experience
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Bilingual - Native in French and fluent in English is a must have
- Eligible to work in Europe - a must have
- Previous online customer support experience - a must have
- Able to work on shifts rotation (9h00 17h30, 12h30 21h00, 14h45 23h00)
- Showing empathy and understanding
- Patience and attentiveness
- Excellent problem-solving skills
