Pharma | Junior Legal Counsel | Zurich & Remote | Temp. 2 months | 100% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 110 000

Tasks

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies and other legal documents
• Collaborate with internal lawyers and various experts from other teams
• Support the legal team with general legal and contract matters
• Provide counseling on law issues concerning the daily business
• Conduct legal due diligence

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• Exposure to Swiss Contract Law
• University Degree in Law (MLaw)
• Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Min. 1 year of PQE as Legal Counsel, ideally in a pharma company
