QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Five years of experience in Agile software development environment.
- Three years of experience working with version control software like Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), TFS, or Azure DevOps.
- Three years of experience with DevSecOps, automated testing with Selenium, integration testing and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Two years of direct experience working with healthcare applications.
- Five years of experience providing details reports on quality metrics for applications.
- Five years of experience documentation application test defects and procedures to enable accurate replication and ensure compliance with working standards.
- Five years of experience supporting product rollouts across multiple code releases.
- Five years of experience using Maven repository, IntelliJ IDE, and Cucumber plugins.
- Five years of experience using JMeter to perform load testing
- Five years of experience with test-drive development (TDD) quality assurance (QA) process using tools such as SoapUI, Selenium Suite (Selenium IDE, Selenium Server Selenium Remote Control, Selenium Grid, Selenium Java, Client Driver): Agile; Silk Test; Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Unified Functional Testing (UFT), HPE LoadRunner, HPE Performance Center. Remote.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

- Review and analyze system specifications daily as directed by the Department.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results daily as directed by the Department.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing daily as directed by the Department.
- Evaluate product code according to specifications daily as directed by the Department.
- Create logs to document testing phases (stress testing, performance, functional, and scalability testing) and defects daily as directed by the Department.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams daily as directed by the Department.
- Use Maven repository to develop and implement automated test cases as directed by the Department.
- Use cucumber plugin to develop and implement automated test cases as assigned by the Department.
- Use IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE to create Maven project, and integrate selenium automated test cases as assigned by the Department
- Use JMeter to perform load testing of applications as assigned by the Department.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and be involved in problem solving activities daily as directed by the Department.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle daily as directed by the Department.
- Meet with system users to understand the scope of projects daily as directed by the Department.
- Provide support and on call during off hours, holidays, and weekends.
- Maintain system test plans, test cases, change requests and other system related documentation of business requirements daily as directed by the Department.
- Run manual and automated tests in different environments including web and mobile daily as directed by the Department.
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues daily as requested by the Department.
- In collaboration with Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP) information technology teams; design, develop, and code based on integration and interoperability of its systems and software daily as directed by the Department.
- Work with Division resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data daily as directed by the Department.
