Event management coordinate high profile visit by making all arrangements, coordination with employees for internal & external events
Support admin/facility team in day to day operations
Design/Format PowerPoint presentations & word process documents as per the guidelines using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Must be an expert / advance working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel/Macro.
Should be able to create all type of graphs, charts and infographic layouts.
Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines.
Should be creative enough to conceptualize new ideas in designing PowerPoint presentations.
Ability to think and work independently while participating in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) are required.
Should be open to take additional tasks

3 5 years of experience in core Admin
Advanced MS office working knowledge
Data collation & presentation preparation with graphs, charts & layouts
