Tasks

• Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be:
• Leading and managing the full recruitment cycle from the first step and interviews to contract signing and onboarding
• Screening applicants as well as proactively identifying and approaching candidates in the market to interact with talents
• Supporting the recruitment strategy: job advertising optimization, recruiting marketing, job-platform procurement, digital and non-digital employer brand marketing etc.
• Partnering with the different stakeholders to identify future talent needs and proactively source to build an engaged pipeline
• Ensuring a great candidate experience for each applicant

Requirements

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You have 2+ years of experience working in recruitment or HCM
• You are proficient in MS Office and advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• You have experience working with online applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• You have an analytical mindset and organizational skills, with attention to details
• You are excellent at prioritizing and multitasking, working in an efficient manner
• You are motivated and thrive in a fast-paced industry
• You are a team-player
• You are fluent in German and English
