We are searching for a foresightful Strategic Business Analyst who will help elevate the growth of a leading telco scale up with creative but rigorous research and  intuitive methods. 

The right candidates will be strong communicator, knowledgeable about industry movements, passionate about  understanding people and the business, all whilst being comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation. This role will  play an integral part in the growth of the company, bridging the divide between insight, foresight, and action.  

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to bring concepts and strategic ideas to fruition, quickly validating  whether further exploration provides long term value to the company and/ or its employees. 

Responsibilities:

• To identify and analyse potential new revenue streams, product offerings or employee benefits.
• To conduct due diligence on opportunities by researching, reading financial statements and  market data. 
• To continually track activity and research trends in the European and Global Telecommunications industry, among others. 
• To monitor financial news using specialist media sources. 
• To analyse financial information including but not limited to: 
  Company results 
  P&L 
  Balance sheets 
  Cash flow statements 
• To produce research reports and detailed presentations with your findings.
• To build out accurate analytical models allowing informed decisions on investment potential.
• To produce various other presentation materials, including but not limited to:  
  Research Reports 
  Status Reports 
  Briefing Books 

Experience: 

• To have prior a Business Analyst/ Investment background. 
• To have the ability to develop an excellent understanding of the trends within the telecommunications industry,  and any issues which may shape the future of the company. 
• To have the intuition to relay any to relevant trends to appropriate stakeholders, and to assist in the  development of any projects.  
• To be always insightful, with company success being at the forefront of any action made.
