Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to be responsible for driving process improvements for all value streams and service processes within the manufacturing site.

You must be willing to:
Establish strategic goals/Lean initiatives/Lean engagement & define process analytics for the organization
Develop/implement large-scale business transformational programs
Provide hands on project management/coordinate multiple projects
Perform cost-benefit evaluation for all assigned projects
Create end-to-end Value Stream Mapping & data collection plans
Manage hiring/direction/assessment/development of Operational/Excellence team members
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools or other continuous improvement methodologies to complex business processes

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS in Engineering/Business/Finance (MS Preferred)
Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma
Significant Lean/ Six Sigma experience/knowledge of the associated analytics
Strong experience developing/implementing continuous improvement programs
