We know that building a relationship takes time so you won t do short calls or work with loads of different people, you will be part of a team on a rolling rota that can really make a difference to the life of the person you are supporting.

Number of hours available;30 hours per week + additional hours will be available to cover annual and sickness,

Shift pattern available;This is a 1:1 case 24/7 with 2:1 double up shifts for personal care. There are a mixture of shift times and hours available including mornings, days, evenings and waking nights

Person Specific Information;You will be working with an established team to support a lady who needs full support in all aspects of personal and nursing care, as well as social and emotional support. There will be moving and handling involved so you must be physically fit for this role. This lady needs people to be patient and understanding as she is unable to communicate verbally. The person we support requires that you MUST NOT be a smoker.

The lady we support loves nothing more than spending an afternoon watching a good movie or TV series. She also loves her gardening, baking and, enjoys bird watching! The lady we support needs staff who have a good sense of humour and, staff who work well as part of team.

Essential Criteria; availability to work morning and afternoon sessions, availability for alternate weekend work and, must be a driver.
