Contract type: 6 months initial period
Office work: 1 day/week
Tasks
- Create content, send e-communications, and deliver training including webinars, newsletters, ad hoc reports, and event materials in English and Spanish;
- Conduct audits on portal contents and e-Comms for quality assurance and guidelines adherence;
- Lead and support regional innovation projects or process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, International Relations or equivalent; 3-5 years related work experience;
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- Experience with graphics editorial software (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, Flash);
- Strong Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel, HTML editorial (FrontPage, SharePoint designer) knowledge, or other TML editors
