Pharma | Legal Counsel | Basel & Remote | Temp. 6 months | 100% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 160 000+

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Counsel on promotional activities, marketing strategies and distribution arrangements

Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents including R&D

Advise on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of functions

Render cross-departmental support on GDPR and IP related questions

Assist with legal guidance and support for the clinical trial program

Requirements

Experience:

Fluent in English

University degree in law

Prior exposure to commercial contracting

In-depth experience in commercial law and Data Privacy

At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or in the pharma industry
