Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Tasks

The Role

We are looking for a savvy, trend-obsessed social media rockstar to join our team to help drive forward our performance marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have at least one year s experience in successfully helping manage online communities across multiple platforms, creating comunities, and growing our channels with performance marketing efforts. You will act as the brand's voice and marketing performance driver, helping to shape the strategy and assist in content creation for an exciting portfolio of IPs across our animation, education and entertainment verticals. You will naturally be interested in all things social, follow the latest trends, and consistently engage with platform developments.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Creative and Community Manager and Marketing Director to create and deliver the social media strategies for our key IPs.
• Be the voice of our communities, keeping our fans engaged daily and running day-to-day operations with the Creative & Community Manager across all social platforms.
• Create, schedule and deliver the content for key IPs.
• Comprehensive understanding of our audiences, fan-culture and social media trends.
• Drive performance marketing efforts on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat
• Identify potential content creators, brand partnerships, ambassadors, and influencers to help support storytelling and deliver on brand KPIs.
• Robust test and learn approach to content, creating performance reports and ensuring key learnings are shared across the organisation.

Requirements

What s Important to Us:

• Experience managing social media profiles and communities.
• Social media native with an excellent understanding of platforms, trends, features and formats.
• Strong performance marketing skills with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Audience centric; utilising social media tools and research to create content plans that address the needs, demands and desires of our fans.
• A love of kids animation, music, and educational content that entertains.
• Organised, proactive and a self-starter.
• Experience in video editing and design using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a bonus.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing social media communities.
• A portfolio of work which showcases your creativity and ideas.
