Tasks

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess risk factors, specifically regarding import and export controls

Monitor regulatory and compliance-related developments in covered markets

Manage internal and external compliance audits and compliance analysts

Establish compliance-related operating and measurement metrics

Carry out internal checks on compliance-related aspects

Requirements

Experience:

Resident in Switzerland

Fluency in German and English

Expertise in relevant laws and regulations applicable to global trade compliance

At least 3 years of PQE as a trade compliance officer in an industrial environment

Relevant qualification or certification in Trade compliance (CTCS, ITC, CUSECO) a plus
