• Compiles data about the type of building, area from the Technical Office department, and price schemes approved by the top management in order to create the project’s database.
• Manages and updates the database as requested.
• Records any amendments requested by clients to be added in the database.
• Creates the company’s inventory to record any transactions for the units.
• Prepares sales documentation in case of booking, reserving or buying units.
• Prepares and sends calculation sheet to the Sales team with full details about the price of the unit and payment terms.
• Creates sales contracts and adds it to the database sheet to update the project’s status.
• Modifies the clients’ contracts, in coordination with the concerned department(s).
• Understands thoroughly the terms and articles of contracts to answer clients’ inquiries.
• Sends the updated inventory to the Sales department after any sales transaction to avoid any overlapping in the selling of units.
• Follows up the booked and reserved units to ensure deadline are met.
• Creates and distributes daily, weekly and monthly sales analytics.
