Community Manager Benelux - Working Student

Your responsibilities

• You are in daily contact with our growing community and answer all Dutch messages and comments from our customers
• You are able to bring complex content to the point in a textually and stylistically confident manner and prepare it in a comprehensible and media-appropriate manner
• You make a reporting for FAQ and report these to the team to use

We believe, you'll be successful if...

• You have excellent linguistic skills, you are creative, and you are a team player
• experience with community management or customer care is a plus
• You are a Dutch native speaker or your Dutch is on an excellent level written and spoken
• You would like to work with us as a working student (5-6 hours per week)
