Senior Product Owner (SaaS)

Your mission

As a Product Owner (SaaS) you will be helping us to build the best and easiest to use video creation tool! You breathe UX. Understanding our customers and driving our products towards our customer needs is your mission. You create and gather ideas in an analytic manner to turn them into actionable proposals, identifying areas of uncertainty, working on refining the UX through quick testing. You co-define the vision and establish consensus around your project,collaborating with engineers & designers to make it come true.

You will be responsible for improving and maintaining our AI video creation product and optimizing work and product flows. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on every product decision in this field and will be responsible for customer satisfaction and retention.

Your area of responsibility

• Plan and execute a product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog

• Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and measures of success

• Be responsible for solving for our customer s pain points

• Be methodical with your approach; defining success with ambiguous data and making decisions with it

• Be entrepreneurial - driving revenue for Oxolo while building a comprehensive and sustainable product

• Collaborate closely with PMs within the domain to contribute to our vision

• Work cross-functionally across Oxolo with virtually every team, all in purpose of freeing smart people to work on hard problems

• Deliver updates and represent the team s progress to stakeholders, including members of the executive team

• Contribute by improving processes, having streamlined communication and workflows in mind

Your profile

• At least 5 years product management experience

• Have owned or build a successful SaaS product, preferably in B2B mid-market

• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and bridge business goals with product and technical considerations

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid of uncertainties

• You exercise direct and communication and value action over reaction

• Passionate about customers needs and love customer interaction

• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently in a result-oriented way

• Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills

• Not required but one of those things would make you stand out:

  • Experience with video creation and editing products
  • Design skills (Figma)
