ASPICE Process Architect

Job Description:

Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and release the standard process and methods (Practice)
Ensures compliance with all required industry standards and norms, customer standards internal lessons learned, and best practices
Develops methods to support the achievement of the process and support Tool Development efforts that complement the process
Supports Process Release Engineers/Quality Engineers to deploy the process to projects
Supports the development of the Enterprise process
Mentoring and guiding the team on process definition activities
Work with customers to understand the process improvement requirements, develop and deploy the process at enterprise and BU level
Skills
Excellent knowledge and a solid understanding of ASPICE V3.1 processes, practices, and concepts
Knowledge of ISO 26262 and IATF 16949 standards
Experience: At least 6-8 years of Process Definition experience and total experience in automotive/embedded process/quality should be 10-12 years
Experience in working in STAGES or other process management tools
Good written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills; effective working as a team member

Additional preferences:
ASPICE Provisional Assessor
Experience with Requirements management or Application Lifecycle Management products like Polarion a plus
Experience with SCM tools such as Plastic SCM and Git, a plus
Experience with JIRA or other agile planning tools a plus
