Back-End Developer/DevOps Engineer

We are revolutionising the way pet owners communicate with veterinarians. We not only enable a complete digitalisation of the daily practice of veterinary clinics/practices, through our software but also offer many useful tools in our Petleo App. The offer is diverse and ranges from poison bait alerts to online appointment booking and appointment reminders. Currently, we are the leading company in our industry in the DACH region.

Tasks

• You build and maintain the infrastructure to automate the development, deployment, and upgrade processes.
• You maintain our CI pipeline and monitoring system.
• You help to scale up our systems for our growing customer base
• You develop our backend which serves as the number one assistant for pet owners
• Working on a SaaS product in the interface of mobility and prop tech.
• Handle the integration with the third-party veterinarian software systems.

Requirements

• You have experience with public cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• You have least 4+ years experience using Python and preferably Django Rest Framework
• You have experience in software engineering of larger projects
• You take ownership for the code you write.
• You have experience with microservice architecture
• Strong written and spoken English.
