Your tasks

We are looking for a working student to support our Danish team in our marketing and communication work.
After launching our Danish online shop in spring 2021 we are working to further enhance our position in the Danish market - online as well as offline.
Therefore, we are now looking for a colleague with an understanding for and experience in online marketing - in particular sponsorship marketing - as well as customer and social media communication.
You will be responsible for our acquisition of partners, the monitoring of our sponsoring marketing performance, the management of our social media presence as well as our customer service.
Principles - quality, short supply chains, bulk packaging, fair prices and transparency- we seek to rethink commerce and make high-quality food available to everyone at fair prices.

• You support us in the daily social media business and influencer management for France
• This includes communication with our community via our various social media platforms like answering comments and messages as well as questions about our products and ingredients
• Acquisition: You identify new influencers, negotiate and conclude cooperations
• You develop the relationship between us and our influencers
• You will also help maintain our website, food journal, Instagram stories, etc.
• You can show your creativity by planning and creating content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• You will take responsibility for your own creative projects
• Taking care of our customers requests via our ticket system and telephone.
• Processing returns and complaints and issuing returns when necessary.
• Being in contact with our warehouse and clarifying all our customers concerns.

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in marketing or communication is an advantage
• Language skills: Excellent Danish, a very good command of English
• Ideally, you have some experience in the field of marketing and/or communication
• You are well-versed in social media, especially Instagram and Facebook
• You are articulate and can translate your creative ideas into written and visual forms
• You have excellent understanding of target oriented communication
• You can work independently and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite
• And last but not least: you are a passionate foodie!
