Automation Embedded Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You design and develop the embedded software for the new Biotech
  products which are in different product development phase (from prototyping up to production stage)
• You collaborate with the System Engineers and technical teammates and ensure to get all required information to drive and conduct the development within the team
• By taking ownership, you work closely with other team members, external partners and technology specialists in order to make sure to provide solutions based on embedded microcontrollers
• You are also in charge of maintaining and further development of existing solutions as well as the documentation and testing

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in the development of embedded microcontroller systems with C/C++, knowledge in Python is a plus
• Proven experience with MCUs like STM32, Atmel SAM4 or ESP32, and SOM (Linux)
• Savvy expertise in control theory as well as API integration and implementation
• Work experience with designing and building reliable automation prototypes and systems (mockups, alphas, betas, MVP etc.)
• Knowhow in GUI/HMI design and implementation
• Motivated and solution-oriented personality with high drive to take over the responsibility for individual projects
• Strong communication skills as well as assertiveness and ability
  to cooperate
• English is a requirement, German is an advantage
