Team Lead - Professional Recruitment

We have a rare and fantastic career progression opportunity for an experienced recruiter to launch and develop a vertical within a new and growing start-up in Zurich.

Our client are already 8 people focussing on Engineering, IT, Real Estate and wishing to add successful, experienced and ambitious recruiters to develop further teams and verticals.

Tasks

• Develop and grow the business across Switzerland through business development and client acquisition.
• Developing and growing your existing client base and offering more senior headhunting services as well.
• End to end professional recruitment responsibilities
• Compete, challenge and lead the market for quality permanent recruitment.
• Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
• Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client

Requirements

• Several years' of agency recruitment experience on the Swiss market
• Sector experience within any of the following disciplines would be desirable: HR, Finance, Office and Business Support or Life Sciences
• A desire to build an grow a team
• English and German are essential
