Data Architect (Operational & Resilience Risk)

Tasks

• Manage and develop the Data Strategy; ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations i.e. BCBS 239 and internal policy.
• Drive the design and execution of ORR Reporting automation and tooling; leveraging advanced analytical tools, AI development, and machine learning techniques to drive process efficiencies and meaningful data insights
• Oversee the planning and execution of data architecture activities across the ORR function, including data from Helios and non-Helios sources.
• Continuous development of dashboards and deliverable outputs and product owner for tooling solutions.
• Manage data quality for the ORR function, including overseeing loss data remediation for Basel 3 Reform.
• Oversee reporting architecture, where necessary for the dashboard and metric development.

Requirements

• Experience in data management within a risk function of a large global organization, preferably within NFR.
• Ability to communicate effectively in order to build relationships and influence key technical SMEs and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Experience in dealing with complex matters by adopting a pragmatic approach, identifying core requirements from them, and translating them into simplified activities that address the problem.
• A BA or BS University Degree, advanced degrees preferable, (e.g. MBA, MSc, PhD) in relevant discipline.
