Job Description

ITBM is a diversified company providing a comprehensive range of highquality products and support services to government and commercial clients globally. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Food Service Staff to join our team.

Location: Deployed in any country where the company provides services for military missions including Poland Germany Greece etc.

Cook Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for food preparation and handling in a Military Base kitchen.
  • Prepare readycooked meals and place them in the serving line.
  • Practice workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Apply food safety procedures in the kitchen and dining area.
  • Serve food to customers via serving lines.
  • Basic understanding and ability to communicate in English is an advantage (not obligatory).
  • One or more years of experience in a related field required.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team.
  • Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff including line cooking food preparation and dish plating.
  • Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredients.
  • Ensure a firstin firstout food rotation system and verify all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.
  • Keep cooking stations stocked especially before and during prime operation hours.
  • Supervise all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards.
  • Work with the head chef to maintain kitchen organization staff ability and training opportunities.
  • Verify that food storage units meet standards and are consistently wellmanaged.

Food Service Worker Responsibilities:
  • Take care of overall cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Clean tables and chairs.
  • Clean kitchen and dining floors.
  • Empty trash bins.
  • Clean plates and cooking pans.
  • Unpack readycooked meals.

Warehouseman Responsibilities:
  • Assist with shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders pulling materials packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks shelves or bins according to organizational standards.
  • Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders printing requests and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting physical inventory.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves pallet areas and workstations neat. Sweep dust and mop. Organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

Requirements:
  • One or more years of experience in a related field required.
  • Ability to converse read and write in English.
  • Perform roles and responsibilities under the direct supervision of the frontline supervisor.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional customerservice skills.
