Brand Designer (f/m/d)

Tasks

Together with your team, you will own, implement, maintain, and
innovate the visual development and application of our brand, especially in regards to our website, our go-to-market and acquisition efforts.

You understand brand position and give input for further development.

You understand the product and create relevant assets that represent the features and improvements done.

You will collaborate with the Product Design team to create and
maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.

You will research trends, conduct competitor reviews, and create mood boards.

You will learn from other designers and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

Education in a relevant design field

Experience in SaaS

1+ years of experience

Passion for visual design and a solid (online) portfolio

Competent with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and
figma

Experience with photography and animation is a plus, but not a must

Ability to clearly present design options and explain design decisions

Attention for detail, ability to notice the small but important things

Ability to quickly recognize and adopt new trends

Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Good Communicator

Eligibility to work in Germany

Fintech experience is absolutely beneficial as well as good German and English skills.
