What Were Looking For:
We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) in Finance & Accounting (up to 20 hours/week).
In this role we offer a great opportunity to work on meaningful financial projects gain handson experience in finance and accounting and learn the daytoday operations in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming invoices using Candis (control corrections prebooking approvals export etc.)
- Record incoming invoices and outgoing payments in Datev
- Perform regular account and balance reconciliations
- Process (adhoc) inquiries from internal & external stakeholders
- Prepare expense reimbursements and travel expense reports
- Support the dunning process for outstanding receivables
- Prepare data manage accounting tasks and coordinate with our debt collection agency
- Participate in finance or interdisciplinary optimization projects
We Expect:
- Independent structured and solutionoriented work style
- High numerical aptitude with attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial processes; ideally initial accounting experience
- Motivation and eagerness to learn
- Clear communication ss (written and spoken)
- Fluency in both German and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and/or GSheets
- Organizational ss and a sense of responsibility
