What Were Looking For:

We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) in Finance & Accounting (up to 20 hours/week).

In this role we offer a great opportunity to work on meaningful financial projects gain handson experience in finance and accounting and learn the daytoday operations in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming invoices using Candis (control corrections prebooking approvals export etc.)
• Record incoming invoices and outgoing payments in Datev
• Perform regular account and balance reconciliations
• Process (adhoc) inquiries from internal & external stakeholders
• Prepare expense reimbursements and travel expense reports
• Support the dunning process for outstanding receivables
• Prepare data manage accounting tasks and coordinate with our debt collection agency
• Participate in finance or interdisciplinary optimization projects

We Expect:

• Independent structured and solutionoriented work style
• High numerical aptitude with attention to detail
• Familiarity with financial processes; ideally initial accounting experience
• Motivation and eagerness to learn
• Clear communication ss (written and spoken)
• Fluency in both German and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and/or GSheets
• Organizational ss and a sense of responsibility
