Tasks

Tasks

Creation and maintenance of spare parts lists and quotations

Compilation of the overall technical documentation for the customer

Support in the creation and maintenance of existing technical documentation

Maintenance of master data

Archiving and administration of technical documents

Independent research of information from the technical departments

Confident handling of communication with customers

Requirements

Qualifications

Completed technical or commercial education

Experience in technical documentation desirable

Experienced handling of MS Office package; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro desirable

Experience with ERP systems, e.g. Oracle

Very good technical understanding

Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken; German desirable
