QA Test Engineer

This is a remote position.

• Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their
  
• collaboration
  
• Document and monitor testing outcomes and establish steps to remedy problems
  
• Analyse current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve
  
• testing procedures
  
• Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create compelling and focused
  
• testing plans
  
• Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and
  
• demonstrating them to other members of the team
  
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a solution test and develop steps for their proper execution
  
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the solution and the
  
• documentation requirements
  
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organisational standards
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree - Information Technology / Computer Science
  
• 2-4 years industry experience as an effective Quality Test Engineer
  
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
  
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  
• Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine the solution to meet demanding outcomes of customer design
